Kegels Exercises

Kegels are a type of exercise aimed at strengthening the PC muscles. This muscle is located between the bass of the penis and the anus and is responsible for controlling the flow of urination, as well as triggering ejaculation. It is for this reason that Kegels exercises have been suggested to help men last longer in bed.

Limitations and Side Effects

The jury is still out on Kegels exercises. Some men have found that they have helped them last longer, while others have reported the opposite and that they have caused them to in fact ejaculate sooner.

Before starting Kegels exercises you should be aware, of the possible side effects and stop the exercises immediately should you notice any side effects such as lasting less in bed, pain in the pelvic region or erection problems.
